1. Are your items authentic Lenox?
Yes. All items sold at Dolenoxe are 100% authentic Lenox, carefully sourced and verified for quality and authenticity.
2. Are the products new or used?
We specialize in gently used, pre-owned Lenox items. Every piece is inspected, cleaned, and photographed to accurately represent its condition.
3. How do I know the condition of an item?
Each product listing includes a detailed description of its condition and multiple clear photos. We only sell items that meet our standards for good or excellent pre-owned quality.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll issue a replacement or full refund where applicable.
